All crews provides worksite users the capability to view, add and manage your Crews.
In the All crews page you can
- Select and view a crew
- View the crew details
- Search for a crew
- Add a new crew
Navigate to All crews in Workforce Management
When you've logged into the Damstra Platform, you can access All crews from Workforce > Crews and you can then choose to maintain your crews in All Crews or add a new crew in Create new crew.
View the list of crews by site
The All crews page provides the list of crews for worksites that a user level 3 has access to.
In the list of crews by site, you can;
- View the Crew name
- click through to the Crew
- View the number of employees in the Crew
- View the date that the crews were created
- View the details about for a crew by clicking the "Details" button
The All crews page also provides the capability to search for a crew as well as add a "New crew."
All crews - maintain your crews
In the "All crews" screen you can maintain your crews that are in Damstra.
View your crews
In the All Crews screen, you can see the existing crews and you can manage these with the crews functionality.
Select a single crew to view
From the All Crews screen, you can select a crew from the Worksite with the associated crews. In this example, this is the Christchurch Office site and the Damstra Test Crew 1. By clicking on the link you can view the crew.
When you've selected your crew you can now manage the crew within the new tabs: Details, Employees, Timecards, and On-site now.
Employees - view employees in a crew
Timecards - view crew timecards
You can view the timecards for the crew and also download the data:
- View the employee timecards
- Download the timecard data to csv., text or pdf.
On-site now
You can view the employees within the On-site now and also download the data:
- View the people on site
- Download the timecard data to csv., text or pdf.
Details - Maintain crew Details
You can maintain the crew details:
- Edit the crew name
- Add and remove crew managers
- Set notifications for the crew such as; AOD alerts, Access & gate alerts and more...
Employees - Maintain employees
You can maintain the employees:
- Add an employee
- Remove an employee
Add an Employee - Search and select
You can add an employee to a crew by selecting "+Add employees" and then selecting site and the employee name to search on. When you've found the employee(s) then select one or more to add to the crew.
If you change your mind you can "x deselect" one or more or all the employees, and then they won't be removed from the crew.
Remove an Employee - Search and select
You can remove an employee in a crew by selecting one or more employees with the tick box or all by selecting "Select all" in the page and you can then remove employees by clicking "Remove from crew"
If you change your mind you can "x deselect" all in the page and the employees won't be removed from the crew.
Delete the crew
If you no longer require the crew, you can delete the crew from Damstra.
Note: when a crew has been deleted this can not be restored.
