The session details page is accessed via the learning calendar menu --> learning calendar report page --> session details page.
The session details page allows users to manage, edit, cancel the session and generate attendees list. User can perform the following actions:
- View confirmed attendees.
- View unconfirmed attendees
- View and edit session details
- Generate attendees lists for multiple sessions
- Reopen closed bookings
- Cancel session
Session details top summary info
This section located on the top of the learning calendar details page allows users to view a summary of the learning calendar detail page. The following information is displayed in this section:
- Title of the Session
- Date
- Time
- Session location
- Confirmed vs. max attendees
- Unconfirmed attendees
- Closed for bookings early
- Confirmation email notes
- Session notes
- Can be booked by
- Add to your calendar
- Generate attendee lists for multiple sessions
- Reopen for bookings
- Cancel session
Confirmed and unconfirmed attendees
This section will show a list of employees that are confirmed and a list of employees that do not currently meet all worksite requirements.
The confirmed attendees list will show:
- Attendees
- Job titles
- Company
- Confirmation email sent
- Previously inducted
- Attended
- Finger scan required
- Signature
- Maintenance induction
- Other sessions confirmed or
- Attendee's email
- Reschedule attendee
- Remove attendee
The unconfirmed attendees list will show:
- Booking priority
- Attendees
- Company
- Outstanding requirements
- First managed
- Next manage refresh
- Reschedule attendee
- Remove attendee
Session details
This section enables users to manage and edit a sessions details. A user will be able to edit the following:
- Set the date, time and location
- Set the maximum capacity
- Note: the maximum capacity can be shared between session types or set for individual sessions that are held on the same date and time
- Add additional notes to confirmation emails
- Add companies to the permissions list for sessions that are restricted
