The Digital form users screen is where you manage who has access to digital forms. From this screen you can:
- see who currently has access
- add access for individual users.
In future you will also be able to define user setup rules, which can automatically add user access for people who:
- have a certain job title,
- are members of a certain crew,
- work in a certain department, or
- have a certain skill on their employee profile.
