Mobile App: High and Low value Checklist validation 

The mobile app was incorrectly validating high and low values during reading validation of assets. This has been addressed in both job checklist screen and asset reading screen.

Unable to reset password in browser

The reset password link was failing in the SmartAsset browser. This process has been adjusted and now functioning.

Asset Type incorrectly populated in asset list

In the SmartAsset browser (Asset List) page, asset types were being labelled incorrectly against assets that had no type defined. This error has been addressed.

Browser - Job Checklist Readings Validation

The SmartAsset browser will now validate and update checklists responses as soon as the text field is exited. Historically the browser did a bulk upload of checklists responses on request of the user, however this process caused confusion and data validation processing issues. Now as the user enters each response the data is both validated and updated at the time of entry.

Project audit trail not correct

In SDC the project audit trails were being updated incorrectly in certain scenarios. This issue has been addressed.

Asset Condition Rating Process

We have tidied up the asset condition rating process in SDC. Now when only one template exists the user will not have to nominate the template prior to completing. This streamlines the process making for quicker data input by the user.

Browser - Cannot add consecutive new assets codes due to an error message

In the browser when creating multiple new assets with no asset code, the browser would sometimes throw an error. The only way around this was to refresh the asset detail screen of the browser prior to each record creation. This process has been resolved.

Unable to cancel unapproved project PO

Users who require purchase order approval processing were unable to cancel a purchase order that had not been approved resulting in a locked record. This process has been addressed.

Clearer error message on browser login

Historically when logging into the browser users were displayed the same message regardless of error. These error message have been enhanced to now clearly define when a user's password/email is correct OR if they have exceeded their licencing provisions.

The Asset Tracking filters

The filters on the tracking dashboard have been enhanced and now each filter on the tracking dashboard is filtering data as expected.

Launch the Job form from the Calendar

We have added more tabs to the job detail screen within the browser calendar. Now when clicking on a job from the browser calendar users can update all required information and complete jobs.

User session expiry

We have addressed an issue with Logon Reset whereby a user could still perform activities inside of SmartAsset (SDC, ODC) until the asset tree was accessed.  The system now runs a validate user process (every 10 seconds) & terminating SDC or ODC accordingly. The process in the office add-ins has been enhanced to now close the SmartAsset workbench on termination.
