The new time sheets feature inside the Smart Asset Mobile app (Versions 2.5.8 or later) is designed to save your field technician time by being able to submit their timesheets as soon as they complete their job.

Log into the Smart Asset Mobile app

Navigate to “Jobs” by clicking on “My Jobs” shortcut in the bottom menu. (Alternatively, you can use the search function to search for a specific job)

Click on the Job you would like to add a time sheet for

Click on the “Timesheet” icon

5. Fill out the timesheet form:

Worked Date
-
Normal unit = Hour worked at normal rate

OT1 = Overtime 1

Unit worked = Automatically calculates the total number of hours based on the fields entry.
The fields that appear in this form are user configurable inside Smart asset by an administrator

6. Click submit
