Release Features

Users now have the ability to add time sheet entries via the mobile app. When viewing the Job Detail screen in the mobile app a new time sheet icon has been added.

Asset Remark Formatting

Users found issued between how asset remarks were being displayed across all deployments options (SDC, ODC, App, Browser). These have been modified to ensure the same formatting is displayed throughout.

Report: Assets yet to be Checked Out

For users of the asset tracking module, there was no default method of displaying assets yet to be checked out. The Asset Tracking Dashboard was designed for assets that are currently checked out, overdue or reserved. We have created a new report in our default suite that allows users to view non checked out items.

Report: Asset Type Report

The Asset Type codes tables report was missing from our default suite. This has been created and is now available by request.

Browser: Quick Checkout Barcode

We have modified the ‘Quick Checkout’ process in the asset tracking module to now search for Asset Code, Description and Bar Code when users search for assets via the scanning function.
