Dashboard Widgets
Total Asset Widget
1. Click the Total Asset Widget (circled in red) to open the Asset List as per the 2nd image below
2. Click the Dashboard button (circled in red) in the header ribbon to return you to the main dashboard
Total Jobs Widget
1. Click the Total Jobs widget (circled in red) to open the Jobs List as per the 2nd image below
2. Click the Dashboard button (circled in red) in the header ribbon to return you to the main dashboard
Total Job Requests Widget
1. Click the Total Job Requests widget (circled in red) to open the Job Requests List as per the 2nd image below
3. Click the Dashboard button (circled in red) in the header ribbon to return you to the main dashboard
Asset Action Buttons
The Asset Action Buttons (circled in red) allows users quick access to asset information
Asset Status
The ‘Asset Status’ provides a quick visualisation to see which of your assets are Online or Offline. By clicking on the relevant area of the widget the Asset list table gets filtered to show the relevant assets.
If the Offline portion is clicked, the asset display will only display assets with a status of In-active (circled in red)
Click the Online portion to view active assets (circled in red)
Map View
For those organisations that implement GPS co-ordinates for their assets, they can be viewed in a map view (circled in red) from within the Browser with distinctive coloured pins.
The coloured pins represent the status of maintenance task for that asset.
- Green - No Service
- Amber - Approaching
- Red - Overdue
To close Map View, click the windows close button
Add New Button
The Add New + button (circled in red) allows users to add new Assets, Jobs, Job Requests and Requisitions as required.
The access to these function depends on your user profile permissions.
To close these options, click anywhere on the page
Quick Search Window
The Quick Search option window (circled in red) allows users to search the database globally to find either assets, jobs or job requests.
You can click in the window and enter your info and wait, it is an active search. As you type it is retrieving data as per the 2nd image below. You can also use wildcards in your search such as % to replace any character.
To close the search data, click anywhere on the page
Asset List Page
To open the Asset List Page, you can either click the Asset Widget or Asset button in the header ribbon.
1. Click the Asset button in the Dashboard (circled in red) to open the assets page
The asset page will display a tree hierarchy view and filters for searching
2. Click the Asset Type down arrow browse, then select your desired Asset Type (circled in red)
If you cannot see your asset type, you can either use the scroll bar or start typing in the asset type in the asset type field.
3. Click the Items per Page down arrow browse to view how many lines per page to want to view
4. Click the More down arrow browse to Export the data into excel Export CSV (circled in red)
5. Click on any Asset in the display (circled in red) to open the asset detail page as per the 2nd image below
6. Click the Dashboard button (circled in red) to return you to the Dashboard
Job List Page
To open the Job List Page, you can either click the Job Widget or Job button in the header ribbon.
1. Click the Total Jobs widget (circled in red) to open the Job List page as per the 2nd image below
2. When the Job List is displayed, you can use filters to refine your search to locate your job if required by entering in known data
3. Click on Job Title (Blue Text) (circled in red) to open your required Job as per the 2nd image below
Calendars
1. Select the Calendar button (circled in red) to open the Calendar page
When the calendar page is opened, it defaults to My Calendar which displays all jobs that have been assigned to you.
2. Click on any of the Jobs (circled in red) in the calendar to the open the Job Details page
When the Job Details page is opened, you can edit the job and save the details.
3. Click the Jobs page Close button (circled in red) to return you back to your calendar
