Job Requests
A Job Request is a method of requesting a maintenance activity that may or may not be required. Job Requests are created as a means to register asset/equipment faults that need to be investigated.
Authorised personnel can receive Job Requests via email and decide what action (if any) is to be taken. When a job request is actioned, a return email will be sent back to the job request originator.
‘Remarks’ (optional) can be added to a job request providing more detailed and descriptive information.
