How to Reset Passwords
If a user is accessing the SmartAsset Browser deployment capability for the first time or has forgotten their password, it can be reset at any stage.
1. Open the Browser URL sign in page
The ‘Sign In’ page will be displayed similar to the image below
2. Click the Forgot Password text (circled in red) to open the Forgot Password window
3. Enter your E-mail address in the E-mail field, then click Send Email
A message will appear in the top right corner once the email is sent “Please check your email”
4. Open Outlook, then open the Reset your password email
5. Click the Confirm button (circled in red) to open the Change Password window as per the 2nd image below
6. Enter your new password, then confirm your new password in the appropriate boxes, then select the process button (circled in red)
7. When your Password, has been accepted, a window will appear as per the window below
