Job Build – Alternate Methods

There are several methods how general maintenance jobs can be created from within SmartAsset. There is no preference, it is simply what the end user is comfortable with.

1. Navigate to your asset, right mouse click, slide to new, the click Job to open the jobs forms
2. Navigate to your asset, select the Home tab menu, then select the Jobs icon in the ribbon to open the jobs form
3. Navigate to your asset, select the Jobs tab menu, then select the New icon in the ribbon to open the jobs form

Job Build - Right Mouse Click

1. Hover the mouse over your Asset, then click the right mouse button to display a pop up box, slide the mouse down to New (circled in red), then slide across to Job (also circled in red) and click the left mouse button to select and open the Jobs form.

2. CLOSE the Jobs form by selecting the Windows close option

This will return you to the Workbench

1. Click the Home tab button (circled in red), then click the Job button (also circled in red) in the ribbon to open the Jobs form

2. CLOSE the Jobs form by selecting the Windows close option

This will return you to the Workbench
