Overview

The Job Management training module is designed to assist those users who are required to raise/register job requests (faults) and manage jobs.

In this training module we show users how to create Job Requests but the SmartAsset browser deployment capability is the prominent tool for end users to raise job requests. Job Management is also a function within the Browser.

When the SmartAsset application is launched, the starting page is referred to as the Workbench.

This overview is designed to provide users with standard terminology for training and consulting purposes which allows users and provider to correspond using the same terminology.
