Adjusting your subscription

Adding or removing Users and Super Power Add-ons.

If you are a "Billing" user, you can change the number of Users and Super Power Add-ons on your subscription. The Billing user is usually the person who set up your Damstra Forms account. (Please contact us to change or add billing users). Note that a Billing User must also have permission to manage your Organization.

To get to the Billing page, go to Admin -> Organization and press the Adjust Subscription button.

This will bring up the Billing page with your current subscription details.

Use the arrows on the right to increase or decrease your Users and/or Super Power Add-Ons. As you make changes, the changes to you billing will appear at the bottom of the page.

Please contact us if you have questions or need to change your plan or your number of External Users.
