Using Digital Forms - Records and Registers: Drawings & Docs

To save carrying around paperwork on site, you can put your Drawings and Documents into Damstra Digital Forms. That is frequently used for site plans, work permits, and safety & regulation information - anything that needs to be on-hand.

1. Click on Drawings & Docs register

This project has many drawings & docs. The ones with the blue dots on the left are the ones that haven't been viewed yet. 

2. You can search on docs by entering the search words and filter by using the controls on the top.

3. View the drawing & docs

The administrator can choose whether the drawings and docs are downloaded to the user's devices automatically which then happens the next time the user has internet connectivity or on demand by clicking the view button.

• You can switch the view to landscape or portrait orientation. 
• You can zoom in and out

3. Details button

You can edit the document, view annotations, and change logs.

4. Action button

You can edit, download or delete documents. You can also create a new version of the document.
