Using Digital Forms - Login & Setup: Web and Mobile App

Steps on how to get started using the Web app and mobile apps.

Web login setup

1. You will receive an invitation email with login details to access Digital Forms. To complete the setup of your account, please click the URL on the email.

2. Setup a password

3. You can now sign in and start using the web app.

Note:

• This is predominately for the people in the office and there is also an iPad app that is predominately for users who are on site.

Let's get set up on the iPad with the password you just created.

1. Install Damstra Forms from the app store

2. Install server name/URL name from the email

3. Enter your username (your email address) and password

Note:

• The app does the initial data download before you're ready to use the mobile app.
