Syncing your data between Procore and Samm.
You can now link Procore and Samm - to keep your Projects, Users and records in sync. Check out this article to see the steps to set this up.
Once you've connected Procore and Samm, here's what you can do:
Users
When you create a new User in Samm, you'll have the option of selecting from a list of Procore users.
Click Procore
Click Submit
Once a user is linked from Procore to Samm, user details in Samm will stay in sync with those in Procore.
You'll also be able to link existing Samm users to Procore users.
If you have projects in Samm synced with Procore, users will automatically be added as Project Members in Samm if they are already associated with the project in Procore.
Projects
You'll be able to create projects based on Procore projects, and they'll keep in sync with any changes to the project details.
Click Procore
Select Project and click Submit
Project Members will also be added automatically - if there are users who have been added to the Procore project, who also exist in Samm, they'll be added to the Samm project.
Project Forms, Memos and Actions
Once you start creating Forms, Memos and Actions in Samm, a copy of those records will be kept in your linked Procore project automatically.
You'll find these in your project Documents in a folder called Samm (your_subdomain).

That way if you predominantly use Procore, you'll always have easy access to a copy of the forms that are being completed on site in Samm.
