The company and events calendar located at the bottom of the homepage allows users to view calendar events for the day.
1. Calendar
- Select a date and month on the calendar to display events for the respective day for the worksite(s). The selected date will be highlighted in blue.
- By default, the calendar is set to display today’s events highlighted in yellow.
2. Events
- All events will be displayed with the following details:
- Date and time of the event
- Worksite name
- Title of induction, registration or training
- Number of confirmed attendees for the session
- Click on the confirmed attendees to view list of employees, course details. This menu also allows users to send confirmation emails to employees as per below:
