Your company document page is accessed via the left sided navigation by clicking Your company --> Your company documents.
Alternatively, the company document page can be accessed via the Company dashboard --> Your company.
The company documents page allows company users to view essential information of their approved company documents. User can also view approval history of the company documents. The following information is shown in this section:

- View approval history tab
- Upload new documents button
1. Approved documents
The approval documents tab allows company users to view approved company documents. The following information is displayed in this seciton:
- Document type (e.g. public liability document, workers compensation document, etc)
- Required by (e.g. all worksites, single worksite, client etc.)
- Expiry date of the approved document
- Comments or notes
Note:
- Click hide expired documents checkbox located on top right of the section to view only active company documents
- Click download as button located on top right of the section to download list of approved documents into pdf, word or spreadsheet format.
2. Approval history
The approval history tab allows company users to view approval history of past approved/declined company documents. The following information is displayed in this section:
- Document type (e.g. public liability document, workers compensation document, etc)
- Required by (e.g. all worksites, single worksite, client etc.)
- Email address of the sender
- Action or result of the company document (e.g approved or rejected)
- Approval/rejection date and time.
3. Upload document
The upload document button located on the top right of the company documents page allows company users to upload various document types required by the worksite. The uploaded company documents are submitted for approval. The following information is displayed in this section:
- Document type drop down menu
- User can select the required document type from this drop down menu
- Worksite name
- User can select the worksite name this document is for
- Instruction field
- The instructions will appear in this field if applicable.
- Value
- User can select appropriate value for the supplied document
- Score
- User can provide relevant score for the supplied document
- Expiry date of the document
- Email address of the sender
- Upload attachment control
- Click send for approval button located at the bottom right to send the uploaded documents for approval.
