This page is accessed via the left sided navigation by clicking Inductions, registrations & training --> New request.

This section allows the company users to initiate a new induction, registration or training request for the employees by completing an online new request form. All submitted requests will be reviewed by Damstra Technology before the request is approved. Once, the requests are successfully approved then the employees will be able to attend the session, or be registered for the nominated worksite(s).
The following information or documentation is required to lodge a new request:
- Nominated worksite name
- Nominated induction or registration name
- Nominated employee name
- Click the begin button located on the bottom right to initiate the process.
1. Request details
This section allows the company users to add single or multiple worksite , induction, registration or training details and employees:
- Worksite
- Click on the worksite drop down menu to search and select the worksite
- Induction, registration or training
- This drop down menu will display results based on the selected worksite.
- Select the required induction, registration or training from the drop down menu
- Select employees
- This section allows the company users to search and select the employees for the specified induction, registration or training request.
- User can select single or multiple employees.
Note:
- Click add request for another worksite button located on the bottom right to add another worksite and follow the same process.
- Click the next button located on the bottom right to proceed to the next step.
2. Request details
This section allows the company users to review the details entered in step 2 before proceeding to the next step. The following information is displayed in this section:
- Employee details
- Department
- Unique Student Identifier
Note:
- Click edit button located at the bottom to edit employees details if not up-to-date. These details are required to be checked every three months to ensure they are up-to-date.
- Click details are correct button located at the bottom to confirm the employees details are correct and up-to-date. Please repeat these steps if there are more than one employee selected.
- Click the next button located on the bottom right to proceed to the next step.
3. Employment details
The section allows the company users to provide the employment details of the selected employees and necessary documentation required by the worksite as proof of their competency.
- Company users are required to complete the employment details for each selected employees before proceeding to the next step.
- Once all employees are ready to proceed, click the next button located on the bottom right to proceed to the next step.
4. Company documentation
This section allows the company users to upload all relevant and valid company documentations that is required by the worksite before proceeding to the next step.
- Click the next button located on the bottom right to proceed to the next step.
5. Payment and send
This section allows the company user to make required payment either by credit card or purchase order before sending it for approval.
