Through our help centre, you're able to view all of the support tickets you've submitted as well as any Process Variations. You're also able to view tickets submitted by other people within your organisation (please reach out to your account manager to have this feature enabled for you).
Here's how to do it:
- If you aren't already logged in, please log in to our help centre by hitting the "Sign in" button up in the top right-hand corner.
- Once logged in, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and click "My activities". You will be shown a list of all support requests that you have submitted.
- To search for Process Variations, type "process variation" into the search bar and hit enter.
- Clicking on a request will show you the details and status of the ticket. You can also add a comment or attach new files.
