TWMS Mobile Remote Log ON or OFF Release Notes V1

The Remote log on/off feature user guide will cover the following topics:

Configure the site terminal on DMS Test

1. Login to TWMS and filter the site into DMS Test

2. Go to Access system >> Configuration >> Dashboard >> Skill & Skill based rules

3. Add and link the skill based rule

4. Access the terminal under configuration dashboard

• Tick on the "Enablemobile log on/off" checkbox

Worker skill and induction

1. Induction section: Worker must have active induction

• Site skills section: Skill based access are added on workers site skills

Login to TWMS mobile application as worker

1. Login to TWMS mobile application as a  worker

2. Tap on Timecards icon

3. Select a worksite and terminal

Note: Terminal will be automatically selected if the site only have one terminal

4. Tap on Log on to site

Note: Log on to site and Log off of site will only be enable when the Terminal Settings and profile skills are setup.

5. Successful logged on confirmation message.

Punch out using TWMS app Log On/Off function

1. Select a worksite and Terminal

Note: Terminal will be automatically selected if the site only have one terminal

2. Tap on Log off of site

3. Successful logged off confirmation message

Worker Timecard report

1. Under timecard menu, select start date and end date then tap on search.

2. Timecard report containing worker punch in/out details
