The workforce navigation menu located on the left of the screen provides a two-pane view to access specific sections of the workplace management platform with ease.
1. Employee search
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to access information on all employees that are registered for the worksite(s). To find out more about this section please click here.
2. Upload employee documents - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to review, approve or decline uploaded documents by the client employees. To find out more about the section please click here.
Note: Level 1 users require permissions to upload employee documents.
3. Timecards - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view report on employees timecards. To find out more about the section please click here.
Note: User must have permissions to view timecards.
4. Timecard blocks - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view report on the timecard blocks. To find out more about the section please click here.
Note: User must have permissions to view timecards.
5. Total worked hours - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view report on total hours worked by employees for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.
6. Total department hours - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view report on total hours worked by employees at department level. To find out more about the section please click here.
7. Skills matrix - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This menu item allows level 2-3 users to view skills matrix report for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.
Note: Level 1 users do not have access to skills matrix.
8. Basic skill search
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view report on skill code, skill type, skill group and skill name for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.
9. Advanced skill search
This menu item allows level 1-3 users to generate and view report on advanced skill search. To find out more about the section please click here.
10. All crews - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This menu item allows level 2-3 users to view all the crews for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.
