The employee search menu item allows level 1-3 users to access information on all employees that are registered for the worksite(s).
Employee search page is accessed via the left sided navigation by clicking Workforce --> Employee search.
1. Click on the employee search bar to search for an employee by:
- First name, last name or partial name of an employee
- Damstra id
- Date of birth
- Name of the contracting company name that the employee is registered in
- Purchase order
2. The employee search result will be displayed with the following employee details:
- Employee name
- Employee damstra id
- Date of birth
- Company name that the employee registered in
3. Click on the profile button to view employee profile page on a separate browser page. For more information on employee profile please click here.
4. Click to view the timecard report for the selected employee from the search results. For more information on the employee's timecard please click here
