Company details page overview

Company details page is accessed by clicking on the company name (with a hyperlink) or details button displayed on the all contracting page.

The company page allows level 1-3 users to view information on active and inactive companies registered under a worksite(s) that they have access to.

This includes: 

• Company details
• Company employees
• Company documents
• Damstra login accounts
• Diary notes

Users will be directed to the company details page that displays the following:

1. Company section

The company section located on the left pane allows users to view information on company details, company employees and company documents. To find out more about this section please click here.

2. Damstra section

The Damstra section is located on the left pane of company details page. This section allows level 1-3 users to view login accounts of employees that are currently registered under the selected company. To find out more about this section please click here.

3. Other section

The other section located on the bottom of left pane allows level 3 users to view, add, edit diary notes of the selected company. To find out more about this section please click here

4. View more

The view more option located on the top right section of the page allows users to view additional information on the company page. To find out more about this section please click here.

5. All companies

All companies hyperlink located on the top left section of the page allows users to navigate back to all contracting companies page. To find out more about this section please click here
