The action & view more dropdown menu is located on the top right of the employee profile page. This section allows level 1-3 users to view information and perform various actions based on their user levels and custom permissions.
The action & view more menu allows level 1-3 users to perform the following:
1. Emails sent about employee - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This drop down menu item allows users to view emails on the employee's profile sent by Damstra.
2. Card tracking
This drop down menu item will open a card tracking report on a separate browser page that displays information on when the employee's Damstra access cards gets printed and sent out to the recipient.
3. Upload & request history - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This drop down menu item will open the upload & request history page on a separate browser page that shows information on:
- Uploaded items by the employees that are sent for approval.
- NBN uploaded items by the employees that are sent for approval.
- Induction requests by the employees that are sent for approval
- Transfer requests by the employees that are sent for approval.
- Users can check the status of their approvals on the upload & request history page.
Note: Level 1-3 users must have custom permissions enabled to view this page.
4. Competency report - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This drop down menu item will open the competency report on a separate browser page that provides a snapshot of the employee's current inductions and worksite(s) based skills.
5. Current skills overview
This drop down menu item will open the current skills overview report on a separate browser page that provides a snapshot of the employee's current skills and qualifications. Level 1-3 users can view the following information on the report:
- Skill code
- Skill name
- Training date
- Expiration date
- Restrictions if any
6. Employee's timecard - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This drop down menu item opens the employee's timecard on a separate browser page that displays the employee's shift activity during any given date range. The following information is displayed on the employee's timecard:
- Date worked
- Shift start time
- Shift end time
- Total shift hours
- Total worked hours in last 7 days.
Note: Level 1-3 users must have custom permission enabled to view this page.
7. Add employee into Velpic - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
This drop down menu item allows users to sync employees to Velpic, Damstra's learning management platform.
- Access is enabled if the organisation has subscribed to it and user access has been granted. To find out more about the Damstra's learning management click here.
