Skills matrix - Overview

The skills matrix page is accessed via the left sided navigation by clicking Workforce --> Skills matrix. This section allows level 2-3 users to:

• To find employees with selected skills. 
• View skill validity
• Add, edit, delete and customise skills matrix report based on the worksite(s) specific requirements.
• Include a TNA/gap analysis for the selected skills
