The side navigation menu located on the left of the screen provides a two-pane view to access specific sections of the workplace management platform with ease. Please refer to point 1.
1. Navigation Menu
The navigation menu items are:
- Workforce:
- This section allows level 1, 2 & 3 users to access and view employee profiles, employee documents, timecards, total worked hours, employee skills and crew information based on their access level.

- Companies
- This section allows users to access and view details of companies for the selected worksite(s) including, worksite representatives, search for inductions and qualifications of employees at company level and manage messages to companies.

- Worksite
- This section allows users to view real-time information on a worksite, particularly people on site now and people with specific job titles on site now.

- Learning management:
- This menu item allow users to schedule lessons, manage the learning calendar for face to face classroom training and view upcoming inductions and schedule induction sessions.
- Level 1, 2 & 3 users can search for inductions and registrations at employee level.

- Health and Safety:
- This menu item allows users to login to complete and manage digital HSE forms and checklists, login and manage users for Damstra Safety and manage pre-starts and toolbox talks
- Access to this product is granted via enabling custom permission.

- Visitors
- This menu allows level 1, 2 & 3 to manage visitor hosts, search & view information on visitors to a worksite(s) based on their role and user permissions.

- Reports
- This menu allows users to generate reports on worksite activities. This includes punch data, all overstay alerts and unresolved overstay alerts and other reports.

2. Worksite selector
The worksite selector allows users to choose a worksite(s) that they have been granted access to. Once selected, the user will be able to view all information related to the selected worksite(s).

3. Quick Search Menu
Quick search allows users to search for employees, visitors and companies that they have been granted access to for the selected worksite(s).
