The worksite(s) dashboard is located at the centre of the homepage and allows users to view people on site now report, general stats and recent alerters:
1. People on site now:
- This section displays the number of people on site now by different worker types: contractors, permanents, visitors and alerters.
- By clicking on view report, a new window will open and display details of all people on site now. This report contains information and provide details on people and crews on site now, employee alerts, people on site within last 24 hours.
- By clicking on
allows users to
- Expand tile will enlarge the chart to full screen size for a better view.
- Refresh the report to update the data.
- Export the report to excel, csv, pdf and rtf format.
2. General statistics:
The general statistics area highlights the following information for the selected worksite(s):
- Total registered contractors:
- The total number of contractors currently registered for sites you have access to in the system.
- Total active contractors:
- The total number of contractors registered for the site/s that have met all requirements for their inductions/registrations to be active.
- Total registered permanents:
- The total number of permanent employees currently registered for sites you have access to in the system.
- Total active permanents:
- The total number of permanent employees registered for the site/s that have met all requirements for their inductions/registrations to be active.
- Total active companies:
- The number of companies that have at least one employee with an active registration.
- Terminals:
- The total number of terminals set up and configured for the site/s.
- Terminals not in use:
- The total number of terminals in use shows how many of the total terminals have been used in the last 60 days.

3. Recent alerters:
Alerters are workers that have recently generated an alert for the supervisor(s). The section will show the top ten recent alerts triggered within the last 7 days.
There are 12 reasons for workers to trigger an alert:
Fatigue management alert
- Overstay
- Overstay alerts are generated when a person remains logged on for more than a pre-specified number of hours on site.
- Excessive hours
- This alert is generated when a person exceeds a given number of hours in a rolling period of days. The alert is triggered whenever a punch event occurs, whether it is logging in, or logging out.
- Excessive hours (secondary)
- This alert is generated when a person exceeds a given number of hours in a rolling period of days. The alert is triggered whenever a punch event occurs, whether it is logging in, or logging out. This is a secondary alert, allowing 2 rule-sets to operate simultaneously.
- Maximum night shift
- This alert is generated when a person is recorded logging in after any given time for a consecutive number of given days. Typically, this is used to manage the number of night shifts worked in a row.
Access control alerts
- Sticker
- Sticker alerts are sent to contacts when a logon point detects that it is below a given number of stickers. These are used to advise when a roll is due to be replaced/changed.
- Not worked
- This alert is generated when a person logs into worksite, and has not worked in the specified number of days.
- Questionnaire
- This alert is generated when a person is requested to complete a questionnaire at a logon terminal, and either fails the test, or does not undertake the test.
- Network outage
- This alert is generated when one or more terminals are offline.
- BAC
- Breath test alerts are automatically generated when a person exceeds the site designated BAC rules, or fails to provide a sample.
Workforce management alerts
- Minimum skilled employees
- This alert is generated the number of people on site with a non-expired skill is reaching the threshold or has reached a set threshold.
- Induction
- Induction alerts are generated when a person attempts to log onto site, with either an expired induction, or with expired prerequisites to their induction.
Learning management alerts
- Exceeded course max attempts
- This alert is generated when a person exceeds the allowed number of maximum attempts in completing an e-learning course in Damstra Learning, Damstra's learning management platform.
The most recent alerters tab presents the following information:
- Employee name
- Company name
- Terminal location
- Reason of alert
- Date and time of alert
