As an organization admin, you can manage the organization approval process by controlling whether comments are mandatory or not when a form approver rejects a request for your organization.
In order to update setting for this "Mandatory Rejection Comments" feature flag:
- Click Admin, then in the dropdown click Organization.
- In the Organization settings page, click Edit.
- Scroll down to Feature Flags section, you will see Mandatory Rejection Comments there.
- You can decide whether to tick this flag or not.
If you tick “Mandatory Rejection Comments“, then this feature is activated immediately for forms including 1) existing forms that are not closed and have unfinished approval sections; 2) new forms with approval sections. More information about how this feature works in the form approval sections can be found here.
If you untick “Mandatory Rejection Comments“, then this feature is inactivated immediately for all forms.
