Provide feedback widget

You can provide user feedback for Damstra Digital Forms via the Provide feedback widget now.

The button is located at the bottom right corner of the web page, as indicated by the arrow in the screenshot below.

When you click on the button, a dialog will display to collect detailed feedback. You need to provide:

• Summary
• Description (optional)
• Name (optional)
• Email (optional)

Once you complete all mandatory fields and click on Submit, a message will show to confirm the successful submission of your feedback. Damstra product team will review your feedback and act on it as appropriate.
