Example use case - Link selectable skill code to EPP – Damstra Technology

Add a “List” field.
Go into the Settings option (wheel on the right of list field).
Use the Data Source : Project List dropdown to select what you want the list to be. For a generic supervisor observation, it is the “Supervisor Observation“ project list that is populated with skills from the Samm Supervisor Observations skill group.
Add a "Formula" field.
Go into the Settings option (wheel on the right of formula field).
In the Formula field, type in the formula displayed. Change the “TOP!_” to the Project list that you just built so that EPP can pull the skill code information from the form. This will enable EPP attach the correct skill to the employee.
Click on Advanced Settings and scroll down to the Integration Tag section, where you type in “skill_code”.
