Report Catalogue Overview

The report catalogue page can be accessed via the left sided navigation by clicking Reports -> report catalogue by site report menu item. 

The report catalogue provides access to standard reports for level 3 users for the selected worksite(s). 

1. Calculated hours report

This report allows level 2-3 users to search by date range, company, terminal, and department to view employees and their calculated hours for the worksite(s).

2. CPB Contract Numbers Report

This report allows level 2-3 users to returns a list of CPB business unit numbers and the corresponding worksite for the selected worksite(s). 

3. Crew Report

This report allows level 2-3 users to view all people assigned to all crews for the selected worksite(s).

4. Detailed Overall Report

This report allows level 2-3 users to view search for employees and their valid and expired skills for the selected worksite(s). 

5. Kronos Interface Report

This report allows level 2-3 users to view the log data for successful punches passed over the Kronos interface the selected worksite(s). 

6. Number of People on Site per Day

This report allows level 2-3 users to search by date range and terminal to view number of employees on site each day by employee type for the selected worksite(s).

7. PPE Usage Report

This report allows level 2-3 users to search by date range to find 10 most common PPE items and employee users for the selected worksite(s).

8. Training Cost Report

This report allows level 2-3 users to view training courses and the employees who participated within a date range for the selected worksite(s). 

9. Upcoming Expiry of Competencies / Authorisations

This report allows level 2-3 users to search for employees and see which comp/auth skills are about to expire for the selected worksite(s). 

10. Upcoming Expiry of Qualifications

This report allows level 2-3 users to search for employees and see which qual skills are about to expire for the selected worksite(s).
