Temperature readings by site

Temperature readings by site report page can be accessed via the left-sided navigation by clicking Reports -> Temperature readings by site report menu item. 

The report allows level 3 users to view a summary of temperature readings of employees for the selected worksite(s). The following information is displayed on the report:

1. Temperature readings

This section will display the following information:

• Date range
  
  • Note: There is no limit on the date range.

The generated report will display the following information:

• Name
• Date
• Time
• Company name
• Logon location name
• Temperature recorded
• Image

Note: 

• Click on button to export the generated report into excel or CSV format
• Find search bar allows users to search for a word by typing in a keyword.
• Click  to navigate to the next page or the previous page of the report displayed on the screen.

2. Alerts

This section provides users with an overview of all temperature alerts created by employees on. The following information is displayed on the employee's timecard:

• Name
• Date
• Time
• Company
• Location
• Temperature recorded
• Image

Note:
