Report Menu Overview

The workforce navigation menu located on the left of the screen provides a two-pane view to access specific sections of the report menu with ease.

1. Report Catalogue

This menu item allows level 2-3 users to access Damstra Workforce Reports for the worksite(s). To find out more about this section please

This report allows level 2-3 users to view statistics on punches, visitors and alerts for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.

3. Punch Data

This report allows level 1-3 users to view recent punch activity e.g log in/out time and total shift hours of employee(s) for the selected worksite(s) To find out more about the section please click here.

Note: User must have permissions to view timecards. 

4. Overstay alerts unresolved

This report allows level 1-3 users to view recent overstay alerts activity of employees for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.

5. Overstay alerts all

This report allows level 1-3 users to view recent overstay alerts activity of all employees including crews for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.

6. Temperature readings by site

The report allows level 3 users to view a summary of temperature readings of employees for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.

7. Face recognition report

The report allows level 3 users to view a summary of facial recognition registered for the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.

8. Rolling average report

The rolling average report menu items allows level 2-3 to generate and view a report on the rolling average employees timecards during any given date range based on the selected worksite(s). To find out more about the section please click here.

9. Network overview
