The new schedule sessions page is accessed via the left sided navigation by clicking Learning Manangement --> Learning calendar --> Schedule session button located on the top right of the schedule sessions page.
This section allows users to schedule new sessions. All newly created learning sessions can be accessed via the learning calendar report page.
When scheduling a new session a user can:
- Select the worksite(s)
- Select the session
- Set the date, time and location
- Select if the session is recurring
- Set the maximum capacity.
- Note: the maximum capacity can be shared between session types or set for individual sessions that are held on the same date and time.
- Add additional notes to confirmation emails
- Restrict booking access to companies with permission
- Add the session
