This section located on the left pane of the employee's profile page allows level 1-3 users to view communication on the employee's profile page. The following details can be viewed:
- Skill name
- Worksite name
- As of date
- Expiry date
- Restrictions (if applicable)
- Date of entry
- Note: Shown for level 3 only
- Entered by
- Note: Shown for level 3 only
Note:
- Click all items tab located on the top left to view all communications.
- Click valid items tab located on the lop left to view only valid communication.
- Click valid & recent items tab located on the lop left to view recent and valid communication.
- Enter a keyword in the search item bar located on the top right to narrow down the desired search result.

to add a new communication.
- Only level 3 users are allowed to add communication.
- Click on
to delete an existing communication entry.
- Only level 3 users are allowed to delete communication.
- Click on
to expand and view additional details and attachments for the selected skill.
- Note: Only level 2 & 3 are allowed to view the uploaded attachments.

to expand and update the selected skill.
- Note: Only 3 are allowed to update existing skill.

to view the uploaded documents or attachments.
- Note: Only level 2 & 3 are allowed to view the uploaded attachments.
- Hover mouse cursor over
to view notes entered against the skill.
- Company note will be shown if a payment skill is selected and the company has a company note
- Payment field will be shown if a payment skill is selected.
