Items on Profile of Employee's Profile Page - Drug and alcohol tests

The section located on the left pane of the employee profile page allows only level 3 users to view and manage supplied drug & alcohol tests, BAC testing variations and automated alcohol tests for the last 30 days on the employee's profile page. The following details are shown on the page:

1. Supplied tests tab

This tab allows level 3 users to view supplied test results on the employee's profile page. The following details are shown in this section:

• Test Type & Result
• Worksite name
• Test date

Note:

• Click add  to add new tests.
• Click  to delete an existing test record

2. Automated alcohol tests

This tab allows level 3 users to view automated alcohol test results on the employee's profile page. The following details are shown in this section:

• Test Type & Result
• Worksite name
• Test date

Note:

• Click  to delete an existing test record

3. Drug testing variation

This tab allows level 3 users to view the probability of an employee being selected for the drug testing. The following details are shown in this section:

• Worksite name
• Change of being selected
• Start/End date
• Variation requested date

Note:

• Click   button to add new variations against the employee profile.
  • Variations are updated on terminals each night. This means if a start date is set for today, it won't become effective until the next nightly update. Network outages may also cause delays in updating variations on terminals.
• Click  to delete an existing drug testing variation record.

4. BAC testing variation

This tab allows level 3 users to view the probability of an employee being selected for the BAC testing. The following details are shown in this section:

• Worksite name
• Change of being selected
• Start/End date
• Variation requested date

Note:

• Click button to add new variations against the employee profile.
  • Variations are updated on terminals each night. This means if a start date is set for today, it won't become effective until the next nightly update. Network outages may also cause delays in updating variations on terminals.
• Click  to delete an existing drug testing variation record.

Note:

• Click all items tab located on the top left to view all drug & alcohol tests.
• Click valid items tab located on the lop left to view only valid drug & alcohol test items. 
• Click valid & recent items tab located on the lop left to view recent and valid drug & alcohol test items. 
• Enter a keyword in the search item bar located on the top right to narrow down the desired search result.
• Click on  to expand and view additional details and attachments for the selected skill.
• Click on to view the uploaded documents or attachments.
