The lesson scheduling page allows users to manually schedule lessons. For the selected worksite, the step are
1. Choose the lesson you would like to schedule from the dropdown menu
Only lessons that have been created in Damstra Learning and have been published will appear in the drop-down menu.
2. Select the employees or groups of employees you would like to assign the lesson
Groups of employees range from crews, job titles, skills or departments that are defined in your EPP instance
3. Choose the timeframe within the employee(s) needs to complete the lesson
4. Press the 'Schedule the lesson' button
Before you schedule the lesson, the button display how many employee(s) will be assigned a lesson.
Once you have scheduled the lesson, all selected employees will receive an email advising them to log into Damstra Learning and complete the lesson.
When scheduling lessons to individual employees and/or groups of employee)(s), you can select groups in an OR fashion allowing to add more than one group at any time. The search field allows you to search for individual employees as well as specific crews, companies or departments.
If by any chance, an employee does not have a Damstra Learning account will be automatically provisioned as a Damstra Learning user.
